Since starting in this industry with my first pair of Omegas, I have known that BW Boyd/Utsumi has always been a favorite of the true professional. I currently use a 6 inch... it's not about the size its about the control... Nova Contour shear with an offset handle that is very comfortable on my wrist. I have also had an older pair of Novas sharpened to a point on the ends which I love for "chipping" into hair. In addition, I would highly recommend the BW carbon combs... a must have!
